A fashionable young woman dressed in a revealing, V-cut dress has been accused of "sexual harassment" by a male shopper in Haikou, capital of South China's Hainan Province, Haikou Evening News reports.
Liang took the woman to a nearby public security bureau for police to seek their opinion.
"The way she was dressed, I could tell she was trying to seduce me," Liang told police.
However, the police said it was hard to tell who was right; and decided to dismiss the complaint.
